If you're working on financial projections and find the need to extend your planning horizon, you have the flexibility to do so at any time. Here's how:

1. Click on the idea picture located in the bottom left corner of the screen. This action will open up the Idea Settings menu.

2. Within Idea Settings, you'll find the current planning period that is configured. For instance, if you initially set the planning start date as January 2024 and the planning period as 1 year, you won't be able to select any dates beyond December 2024.

3. To extend your planning period, simply adjust the value to "2 Years" or more. Please note that the maximum planning duration is limited to 5 years.

4. Additionally, you can modify the start month of your planning period. Changing the starting month of your financial projections will automatically adjust both the beginning and ending months for all the values you've entered based on your new starting month selection.

With these steps, you can seamlessly adapt your planning period to suit your evolving financial projection needs.
